How Good is HomeGoods's Customer Service?
Did not feel they cared about my problem.
I’m trying to get a replacement gift card. My dog chewed it and it won’t work. I have called many numbers. No answere. This was a gift for my birthday . I have the card and receipt. I can’t believe no one can fix this. I sent copies of it. Very very unhappy.. the card is for 100.00 dollars.
I was very upset after buying a large 8x10 area carpet and being told they would not provide any bags for the ends of the carpet during a bad rainstorm. This is not professional at all.
Web site takes too long to sent out their orders. I will unsubscribe to their emails so I won’t be tempted to order and just shop stores
Rep was unable to solve my issue. Called local store and no answer. After SEVERAL ATTEMPTS online I was able to redeem my e-gift card. I am not happy with paying $16.00 for S&H. Ridiculous
Supervisor at the store was down right rude!!!
