Homegoods - Return without receipt and tag

I purchased a cellphone projection for my grandson with other stuff totalling $75. The projection which did not work. Unfortunately i did not have the receipt and becauae the tag was so small i ended up taking the whole tag off. Your san dimas california branch did not trust me when I told them the price i paid for it soon i was denied a refund or store credit. Homegoods - Manager and store would not honor tagged price that did not

I saw a office chair with a promtional $29 dollar price tag. When we took the chair to the check out line they would not honor it nor would the store manager.
