Homegoods - Inhuman Management
My wife and I visited the Courtland Town Center location of Homegoods in Mohegan Lake today specifically to buy a table for our living room, so we can present a responsible and finished household to our parents who are visiting this weekend. After several disappointing...

So. First off. That item is supposed to look “distressed”. You’re literally asking for money off for damage that made a “distressed” piece of furniture look more in-line with ...

Homegoods - Refused to accept return of new item bought 3 weeks prior

On 1/5 I went in to.return 2 ottomans purchased on Dec. 20th. The itemd were new amd had the the tags attached to them. The tags were very large. Unfortunately I mispaced my receipts. The cashier told me I would get a merchandise credit. As the cashier was working on my return, the cashier next to her stopped her and told her my return had to be approved. The manager looked at the tag, frowned, and then scanned items and stated that there were not in computer and could not be returned. Even though the ottomans were at the store in a different color. She was very rude as well. I called customer service and Im waiting on follow up. This is my first purchase from HomeGoods and I will not ever shop there again.

Homegoods - Reusable home goods bags

Please warn all not to purchase Home goods reusable bags sold at the check out counter! They are the most expensive reusable bags from most stores. Though cute fun and trendy design are a hazard! They rip apart easily with hardly no weight at all. My daughter had two bottle of spirits only in the bag. The side ripped out the bottle hit the concrete with glass flying everywhere. My bag I used had 4 sheets and a pillow completely ripped apart with all faking out and my step daughter used hers for an over night bag with the same experience the sides ripped and the handle ripped off with once again hardly no weight. If I had the receipt though still a small amount of money spent would demand my money back

I was in the Brick, N.J. HomeGoods and I took some bowls off a cart and the saleslady yelled at me and berated me to the other salesladies. I was embarrassed and humiliated. Are people not allowed to take things off a cart? Her name was Nancy.

First time in a Home Goods Store. The Port Charlotte, FL is horribly over stocked and impossible to comfortably shop- especially with a cart. Had to return, however, to ask for a refund on a throw rug I purchased shortly after the new store opened. One week after...

I got to the register and could not put my $639.00 worth of purchases on my TJ Max credit card because I could not find it. They could not look it up like other stores so I had to use another credit card. I did not get my promos or cash back because I was unable to use...
