TO WHOM IT CONCERN , LAST NIGHT AS I WENT SHOPPING TO ONE OF YOUR LOCATIONS IN SECAUCUS NEW JERSEY AS I PLACE MY BAGS ON TOP OF MY CAR SOMEONE JUST STOLE MY PAID MERCHANDISE. AS I WENT BACK TO THE STORE TO SEE IF THE LOT HAD CAMARAS AND SEE WHAT COULD HAD BEEN DONE, I WAS BLUNTLY TOLD THAT BECAUSE IT WAS OUTSIDE THE STORE IT WASNT THERE PROBLEM THAT PLAIN AND SIMPLE I LOST MY MERCHANDISE AND MONEY I MADE A POLICE REPORT CALLED SECURITY AND IN CONCLUSION AM LEFT WITH OUT MY ITEMS AND AN MONEY.

I THANK GOD I WASNT HURT BUT THIS HURT MY POCKET . I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THERE WOULD BE SECURITY CAMARAS FOR YOUR CUSTUMER PROTECTION..

Well that's your fault for leaving your purse unattended, not the store's. Most likely you are the very type of person who shops and throws things on the floor and could care less if you damage merchandise.

NO company is required to have security cameras. They also have no control of what happens outside their store.

This complaint should NOT be about the store.

They aren't at fault here. Your thief is.
