I've been working at store 521 in Staten Island, NY since they opened. (August 2017) I used to absolutely love love love working at Homegoods, until mid decemeber.

The store is always a mess, the managers are by no means professional at all, besides one of them named Lenny. Recently we recieved a new assistant manager named Sabrina. She does nothing but discrimiate. I seriously felt like I was back in the first grade again, she has her favorites and gives her "favorites" all the hours, and leaves the rest of the assoicates with absolutely nothing.

I went from working 25-30 hours a week to 4! Ridculous. On top of that, when I did recieve some sort of hours, it would be when I had class. (I'm a college student.) I've given them my school schudele not once, not twice, but three times!

So I've had numerious call outs because of school, absolutely insane. So sad that I'm here complaining, but im so disapointed in the company.

Reason of review: Work Experience or Job Application.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

HomeGoods Cons: Rudeness by staff, Store manager, Rude cashiers, Manager racist.

How it is possible that they donโ€™t have wheelchairs for disabled people I broke a bone of my hip and I am a very good client and I am in recovery stage but that does not mean that I can not go to the store and I feel trapped because Homegoods do not have chairs I ask you to think a little more about people like disabled?have more hearts not everything is money!!!
