This store sells decor. Many times you have to take it home and try it.

And if it doesn’t work you are going to have *** to pay if you have misplaced your receipt OR have it in a drawerful of receipts. I don’t have time to go through hundreds of receipts but am more than OK to exchange it for store credit. BUT now they have ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE that can issue store credits and she may be on break or doing something for another customer. THAT is what happened to me today.

They had 15 people waiting in line while I was forced to wait about TEN minutes. It took 3 seconds for them to issue store credit. This is HORRIBLE!!!! They are the only Homegoods in town and they simply know it and DO NOT CARE.

Back to Amazon. The *** with them.

It's your responsibility to have the receipt with you when returning the merchandise back. You get day's to return. Macy's does it and many more stores.
